The Pharmacy Leadership Programme for Wales was a collaborative venture between the Welsh Assembly Government through the Welsh Committee for the Professional Development of Pharmacy (WCPDP), together with RPSGB and the National Leadership and Innovations Agency for Healthcare (NLIAH).
The programme was designed to support pharmacists from all sectors and NHS organisations. It was designed to develop leadership capabilities in pharmacists and facilitated the development of services in Wales, in particular the contribution pharmacy can make to improving chronic conditions management.
