The museum services include:

We offer an historical research service based on the information, archives and objects held by the museum. If you would like to see any objects in the Museum's collections, please contact us to make an appointment. Please note that the majority of our collections are stored off-site, so we would appreciate as much notice as possible in order to make the necessary arrangements to make the items accessible.

The full range of museum books and postcards is available for purchase by visitors to the library or by mail order. Three designs of replica jars based on originals in the museum collection are also on sale to visitors and by mail order. A series of information sheets on objects in the history of pharmacy can be downloaded from this website.

Also available from March 2004 is a 15-minute film, How medicines were made, produced by the museum. For more information (press release), click here
