All premises wishing to provide preregistration training need to apply to the Society’s Preregistration division for approval. All sectors of pharmacy will need to complete and submit Section A & B and attach an in-house training plan. Community pharmacy sector applicants must also complete a premises resource declaration in addition to the forms previously mentioned. All applications (be it new or renewal) will require eight weeks to be processed and a hard copy should be returned to the Preregistration division.
You need to complete Sections A & B (as appropriate). Preregistration trainees are also provided with a list of reference sources that they are expected to use in their training site (the relevant information is at the end of the above document).
All premises need to provide an in-house training plan which describes weekly or monthly how the performance standards will be met. This training plan can also link into any off-site training provided to the trainee. For further guidance, please refer to the following documents:

Approved preregistration premises
