In its role as the public face of the profession, the Society represents pharmacy to government, the Scottish Parliament and other decision makers, ensuring that the Scottish Parliament and Executive are aware of the role of pharmacy in providing efficient and effective healthcare in Scotland

Election 2008

In 2008 the Society held an election for four pharmacist members of the Scottish Pharmacy Board. For election results, click here

Election 2006/2007

In 2006/7 the Society held its first election to establish the Scottish Pharmacy Board of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain. The board came into being at 12.01am on 21 January 2007, replacing the Scottish Executive.
